Cancellation Policy
Salon Policies – Please Read Before Booking
To ensure every client receives the highest level of service and respect, the following policies are in place:
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
Late cancellations will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service.
No-Shows
Clients who do not show up for their appointment without any notice will be charged 100% of the service total. No exceptions.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time to enjoy your full service.
Arrivals 15 minutes late will incur a $25 late fee.
If you are 30 minutes or more late, your appointment will be canceled, and you will be charged 100% of the service fee.
